Somiraa Desktop
Local-first clinic operations with customer-owned connections.
Clinic work stays on the desktop. Optional backups and email delivery connect directly to accounts selected and authorised by the Clinic.
Google Drive or OneDrive
Encrypted app-created backup bundles upload directly to the Clinic’s provider account. Automatic backups keep the latest 30 bundles; manual backups remain until the Clinic deletes them.
Why access is requested: Google drive.file lets Somiraa create and manage only its own backup files. Basic account-email access identifies the connected account.
Gmail or Microsoft email
With separate Clinic authorisation, Somiraa sends appointment, invoice, and dispatch messages and necessary attachments through the connected Clinic mailbox.
Why access is requested: Google gmail.send sends Clinic-authorised messages only; Somiraa does not read the inbox or mailbox history.
